Our Ohana Child Development Center provides a high quality, caring, and safe environment where the children of Bandwidth can grow into their full potential and develop a love of learning.
Ohana helps fulfill our Whole Person Promise to provide meaningful work and a full life by reducing the friction between work and life for parents. How we work together, and support our teachers, will help them grow and thrive as nurturers and educators.
Ohana Around the World: Vision Statement
Ohana programs are for everyone, including those who don’t participate in our Child Development Center. Understanding that the family is the child’s first teacher, we develop close parental partnerships and family support to promote the optimal development and well-being of every child. Ohana programs are shaped as the needs of families evolve, including our development center, special family events, parent workshops, summer camp programs, and regional benefits, policies, and practices to support Bandwidth parents around the world.
